Introducing the ERM
The most exciting new product TSP has ever created brings new levels of tunability to the current generation of 2 stroke dirtbikes. Tuning these high tech machines has become out of reach of the average rider or home mechanic, but we are about to put the power back in your hands!
The TSP ECU Reflash Module, or ERM for short (Patent Pending # 2023901865), is a powerful handheld tuning and diagnostic tool packed full of ground-breaking features.
Designed with the future in mind, it was created for current KTM group TPI, TBI and the Sherco 2 stroke carby models. 2020-2023 TPI models are available NOW and 18/19 TPI, 23-on TBI and Sherco 300 models will be available later in 2023.
The ERM comes standard with a TSP Tuned Map to suit your bike! Your TSP Tuned Map can be downloaded free of charge after the device has been registered on our ERM website.
The ERM cable connects to your bike via the diagnostic plug and the device can either be operated handheld or safely mounted on the bars using the optional mount. The tough construction means that your ERM will be safe under normal riding conditions (light rain, vibration, dust, etc) and when used on the bars it allows you to view live dash data while riding or pull up on the trail to make mapping adjustments.
When purchased the ERM comes in ‘Standard’ mode… ‘Standard’ mode allows you to flash either the Original Map or the TSP Tuned Map to the ECU as many times as you like. It also allows all other functions including live dash data, read/clear fault codes and data logging.
When Pro or Pro+ mode is enabled the ERM also gives you the freedom to make your own adjustments to both the Original Map and the TSP Tuned Map. Pro mode allows moderate adjustments to maps, while Pro+ mode allows unlimited changes and is suited to more experienced tuners. Pro and Pro+ are paid activations which can be purchased once the ERM has been registered.
Tune fuel, ignition, oil and powervalve anywhere, anytime!
The most exciting feature of our ERM is the ability to not only store multiple maps but also to adjust engine parameters within seconds. This give you the freedom to adjust your engines performance, anywhere, any time, all while retaining the factory ECU. The ERM pairs to your factory ECU, saving a copy of your original map, which can be backed up to the ERM Manager software on your Desktop.
Making adjustments to fuel, ignition or oil is now much quicker and easier than rejetting a carb! The ERM can also tune powervalve settings on applicable bikes.
Tuning Profiles
‘Profiles’ are the feature on the ERM which allow you to adjust engine parameters. A profile can be modified and flashed to the ECU within seconds, allowing you to immediately feel the difference!
You can store up to a total of 10 profiles:
5 Profiles for your TSP Tuned Map
5 Profiles for your Stock Map
Each profile allows adjustment of parameters:
Map 1 & 2 Fuel Maps (EFI models only)
Map 1 & 2 Ignition Maps
Map 1 & 2 oil Maps (Oil injected models only)
Map 1 and 2 Power valve Maps (TBI & Sherco Carby Models only)
Each profile can also be individually named for future reference. For example, if you create a rich map for a deep sand track you can save it as “Sand Track” and reload it at any time as required.
Live Engine Data
Having the ability to tune is one thing but knowing where to make changes is another, that’s why we’ve included an array of high speed data streamed live from the ECU. With its fast refresh rate this data can be used to accurately pinpoint areas of adjustment.
The main dash screen shows rpm and throttle in large text, ideal for a quick reference while riding.
A secondary screen shows more in depth data, ideal for workshop use.
Read and Clear DTC’s/Fault Codes
Our ERM is also a smart service tool which can read and clear fault codes, enable throttle position sensor adjustments and check temperatures with a range of exiting additional planned features.
Data logging
The ERM also allows data logging using a third party app. Just connect the ERM to your mobile device via wifi and stream data live to your phone, or data log so it can be reviewed later. This is particularly helpful when tuning and also provides a fascinating insight into how your engine is performing even for novice users.
ERM Website
Our ERM website gives users all the tools they need to keep their ERM up to date, including Tuned Maps, ERM firmware updates, ERM Manager software updates plus instructions and videos. The website also allows the user to upload copies of their original map and saved profiles so they can be kept safe and accessed again for future use if needed. Users can also purchase paid activations like Pro and Pro+ mode to enable the ERM tuning features.
ERM Manager Software
Our ERM Manager software is a powerful tool which allows you to communicate with your ERM. You can save a backup of your Original Map, upload TSP Tuned Maps, view profile settings, backup profiles, save diagnostic files and much more. This custom software is currently available for Windows PC’s.
Future updates and accessories
We have a range of exciting updates planned for the future which are going to make the ERM the world standard in 2 stroke tuning and diagnostic tools. These include accessories, features and knowledge that will be unique to the ERM and allow ERM users to be in control of their engine in a way that’s never been offered before.

Additional Paid Features
These features can be purchased through your account on the ERM Website
Pro Mode (Paid feature): Allows higher resolution changes than Basic Tuning according to RPM and throttle across 5 profiles.
(Limits to changes apply: Fuel +/- 10% | Ignition +3/-5 Degrees | Oil +100%/-50% | Powervalve +10%/-10% (TBI Models)).
Pro+ Mode (Paid feature): Same as Pro mode, but with no limitation to changes
ERM Reset (Paid feature): Allows the ERM to be reset so that it can be paired with a new bike.
Allows the ERM to be used with a TBI or TPI bike regardless of previous choice
Will leave the current ECU with whatever map was last flashed allowing you to keep a TSP tuned map on the previous ECU
